·       Help us get you the right sample! Please include the SKU along with the specifications you need. If the item isn't on our website yet, send over the full specifications. To ensure a quick turnaround, please avoid generalized requests, as we can only fulfill specific inquiries.

·       We want you to feel confident in every order. That’s why we provide one complimentary pre-production sample for every new article ordered in bulk. For our regular customers, we are pleased to offer up to four free samples as per your request, twice per calendar year.

·       We will not send multiple samples of the same leather.

·       We cannot provide samples of: pre-cut listings, scrap listings, exotic leathers, hair-on hides.

·       The displayed stock is for sample reference only. After you review and approve the sample, we can arrange bulk supply or customized production within our standard lead time upon request.

·       Samples will ship via International Currier as per your preference subject to availability in Bangladesh. Please provide a PO Box if the Post Office will not deliver to your home or business address.
